Our observership program is designed for IMGs interested in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency programs. Participants gain firsthand U.S. clinical experience (USCE) under the supervision of board-certified physicians with Yale and University of Minnesota training.
The program is open to IMGs who have completed their medical degree (MBChB or equivalent) and are seeking U.S. clinical experience. Proficiency in English and an active interest in U.S. residency matching are required.
To apply, complete the inquiry form on this page or contact the clinic directly. Our team will review your background and schedule an initial consultation.

Our program provides IMGs with personalized guidance on ERAS application preparation, personal statement development, and interview readiness. Participants receive constructive feedback to strengthen their residency application package.
This individualized consultation program is designed to support IMGs aspiring to match into Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residencies in the United States. Through a series of tailored, one-on-one sessions, we prepare candidates to navigate the transition from international medical practice to the expectations of U.S. residency training.
