If you are missing any vaccines, we can administer them on-site for your convenience.
How Much Does the Immigration Medical Exam Cost at Minneapolis Health Clinic?
We offer a flat fee of $650 for the basic immigration medical examination, which includes the medical history review, physical exam, tuberculosis screening, syphilis and gonorrhea testing, and completion of your Form I-693. Please note that if your TB test comes back positive, a chest X-ray will be needed and may incur an additional charge. Vaccines that you may be missing are billed separately and may be covered by your insurance. We accept most major insurance plans for vaccine administration.

For your Immigration exam, you will
need to bring the following things:
-Picture ID
-Insurance card
-Immunization records (if you have any)
- Printed and filled copy of the I-693 (https://www.uscis.gov/i-693)
Basic medical examination, Tuberculosis, gonorrhea and syphilis testing, completion of I-693: $650 plus tax.
( Note that if your Tuberculosis Test is positive, you need a chest x-ray. which can be done at our location.
